Stainless Steel Sanitary Belt Wash Conveyor

Belt width is 38 inches wide with 3/8 inch perforated blue belting

Stainless steel divider runs in the middle of conveyor which could be removed or not

Stainless steel drain pan that runs the entire length of the conveyor

System has 4 spray bars 

Spray bars are covered by stainless steel hinged covers

Conveyor has a mounted control panel with (2) Automation Direct speed controllers

One speed controller controls belt speed

Second speed controller controls pump output, increase for more washing pressure

slow down for less washing pressure

Emergency start stop 

System will also include a small stainless steel balance tank with a Fristram pump

This is a complete self contained system

All the piping and connectors will come with the system

You will get everything you see in the photos

This was a very expensive system new

Overall dimensions are 48 inches wide X 60 inches high X 180 inches long
