The CRYOVAC® ST101 is a steam-powered, hot water shrink tunnel designed for food packaging to provide a skin-tight finish on vacuum-sealed bags. It improves package appearance, strengthens shrink bags, and aids in extending product shelf life. It is frequently used with rotary vacuum systems and is designed for easy integration with cooling/drying tunnels.

Operating Temp: Ideal shrink often achieved around 180°F-200°F (approx 82°C-93°C).

Construction: Stainless steel frame with water fall style, typically featuring a 24-inch wide conveyor belt (various configurations exist).

Dimensions/Dimensions: Commonly 72 inches to 82 inches in total length, featuring a 20-inch wide by 20-inch high aperture.

Utility: Requires steam (1" IPS line, 25-40 lbs max pressure) and 208/230/460 volt motors for pumps.

Operation: Features variable speed conveyor control and often includes a 2 HP pump motor.

Integration: Can be used freestanding or integrated into a full packaging line with chilling/drying systems
